When my fianc and I started looking for a home, we went to many open houses. Dean was the only realtor who asked our names let alone inquired into what we were looking for. Dean was always there when we called and was prompt in setting up times in which to see various houses. He showed us houses late into the night and even gave up a whole weekend. He was very knowledgeable and was always asking us questions to help us narrow down our search. He coordinated a hassle free closing and we will certainly use him for our needs in the future. I have bought and sold many homes in the last 25 years so I speak from my many experiences working with realtors. I can say in all honesty Dean Greenstreet is the BEST realtor whether he is representing the buyer or the seller. I met Dean over a year ago when the plan to move to NC was still in the dreaming stage. I had big dreams of 10-20 acres, a little old farmhouse out in the country. Dean kept in touch by e-mail and phone sending listings and information I requested. Finally in January I moved to Sanford (in a temporary rental) and put Dean on the hot trail to hurry and find my dream home. Poor Dean! Our family recently moved from out of state to Sanford. We made one trip to Sanford to look for a house. We contacted Dean via email before our 3 day trip and discussed our familys needs. Dean sent us listings from the Sanford area that might fit our criteria so that we could look over what was available before we arrived.
When we arrived in Sanford, Dean had the prospective homes organized so that we could make good use of our limited time. We looked at many homes over the next two and one-half days. We had told Dean that we were looking for a single story Ranch.We saw several homes with possibility, but werent convinced that we had seen the home for us. Dean continued to patiently show us more homes. On the third and final day of our scheduled trip, we were taken to a house at the suggestion of another agent in Deans office that wasnt included on our previous lists as it did not fulfill major criteria of what we thought we were looking for. The home was a ranch with a second floor with three bedrooms on the first floor.When our family arrived at this house, in 15 minutes, our entire family was in agreement that this was "our house". Dean helped us quickly put together an offer which was accepted by the sellers. We left the following morning to return to our home in Michigan. Over the ensuing days, Dean efficiently arranged the inspections and closing details to correspond with our moving date. He even kept some houseplants for us during the moving process-he delivered them to us at our new home after we were moved in. We thank the Lord for our home and for directing us to Dean in the house hunting process.

This letter highlights the oustanding level of service provided by Mr. Dean Greenstreet in support of my family and business relocation to Sanford, NC.
Dean and I met completely by chance - a Saturday morning "walk-in" at the real estate office in Sanford. Having several "negative experiences" with Realtors in prior transfers and relocations, I was guarded and defensive in what level of interest and service to expect.
Dean immediately made my two childern feel welcome and helped to preoccupy their attention so we might discuss real estate availability in Sanford and Lee county. He took all the information I gave him about my childern's interests and my professional practice, and provided helpful information about what was available in what price range.
Dean and I continued to work long-distance, using fax, and e-mail to look at MLS listings and discriptions and to narrow finalists to two possibilities. Both houses were in Carolina Trace off 87 South near Sanford. So, what else is there to add. other than taking a day of his own time to help set up the home inspections or to (literally) dial utility, electric, cable television, and waste collection services?
